By accessing or using Forgix ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Forgix. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Virtual Items

All in-game items, currency (FORX, CORES), and Forgix are virtual and have no real-world monetary value. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any virtual item at any time.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, harass other players, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service. Violations may result in permanent account termination.

5. Disclaimer

Forgix is provided "as is" during early access. We make no guarantees of uptime or data preservation. Game mechanics and content may change at any time.
